Are your stones engraved?
No, they are printed, hence the lower price.

Will the ink come off?
The ink should not come off the glass stones or river rocks if they are not knocked about or come into contact with chains or keys in pockets. Reasonable care should keep them looking good for years.

Are your products American-made?
Some: yes. Others: Not technically. All of our printing is done in the U.S., but the glass comes from America when we can get it, Mexico or China when we can't. We try, but there aren't really any American manufacturers of little glass stones and we don't have the capability to do it ourselves.

What is the difference between a Christian stone assortment and a scripture stone assortment?
A scripture stone assortment is just scripture, a Christian stone assortment is half scripture and half other, appropriate titles, such as I Love You, Peace, Faith, Friends Forever, etc.

Do I have to order an assortment or can I pick out the individual stones that will sell in my store?
You are very welcome to go through our order forms and select the stones that you want. If you are not sure what will sell best for you, we suggest that you choose our Best Selling Assortment. It contains the very best sellers from many (but not all) of our categories. Our website probably won't ever have all of our individual stones, however, so you you should call us (1-800-828-3870) if you need to order individual stones.

May I specify what color I want each stone to be?
You may, but it could hold up your order a bit. We stock about 100 of each style of Glass Stone. If you want a lilac 'Unity' stone and all we have is every other color in a full box, you will have to wait until we print some more.

What is your minimum order?
The minimum opening order is $90. There is no minimum reorder.

Do you sell to websites?
We do, but you have to make the initial $90 opening order.

When will my order ship?
Most of the time, orders are filled the same or next day of order. If we get really busy, it could take a week. It is unacceptable to the boss for orders to get older than seven days. She doesn't get cranky often, and it is not a pretty sight. If you have a past due invoice, your order will not ship until we get paid. This is also a cause for boss crankiness.

What are your payment terms?
Opening orders are shipped prepaid with a check. Institutional accounts may make arrangements for terms on the first order. Orders that are paid with a credit card get half off freight.

Could you make those stones a little smaller (or bigger)? Can you make them all the same size?
We don't actually make the glass. We buy it, and the size and the colors of the glass stones vary from shipment to shipment.

Where does the glass come from?
At the moment the only people we've found to buy stones from are located in Mexico and China. The hearts are made in Illinois.

Can you do two-color or four-color printing?
Sorry, no.

I have a great idea for a stone, will you print it?
We can print a stone we don't carry if it is for a custom order of 100 stones or more. We now have over 1,000 stock sayings and we only add new ones when we are really impressed. Also, our intention is to realize the potential of small gifts to empower people. We will never print a stone, even a custom order, that demeans any person or group of people. We also retain the right to refuse to print anything that might make any member of our staff feel uncomfortable.

I don't own a store but I want to order. May I?
Sorry, no. Our customers are retailers and we would be jeopardizing our relationship with them if we sold directly. Also, we are wholesalers and don't really know how to retail.

We want our order shipped FedEx Ground Collect. Can you do that?
Yes, but we prefer DHL. We can also ship through the Postal Service or UPS. Make sure you specify your shipping preference on every purchase order.

Can you give me December dating?
Good grief, no. Unless it's November.

I need to order and I can't get hold of my rep. Will s/he still get credit for the order?
Of course. All customers are coded with a rep or source of origin. If you have a sales rep s/he automatically gets credit for your order.

Can you drop ship an order?
Yes, with a $50 minimum, and very explicit instructions to us.

What is your return policy?
If we make a mistake, we will do whatever it takes to make it right, that includes sending a call tag if necessary. If you've changed your mind or made a mistake, you can ship back the merchandise at your expense and exchange for other merchandise within 30 days of the original order. Please call us first, and be sure to wrap the stones the way they came to you. For capricious refusals, there is a 20% restocking fee.

Can I order your products online?
(Maybe it wasn't necessary to copy this one from the old FAQ.) Yes, log in or create an account and you should be overwhelmed with sundry opportunities to do so.

Do you have a store I can visit?
No. Our building is just for manufacturing and we don’t try to keep it very pretty (nor ourselves sometimes). Come see us at shows instead, we get dressed up for that.

Help! I can't figure out your website...
If all else fails, just call us (800-828-3870). We can do anything over the phone that you could do on our site.

How do I get to your orderforms?
You must first sign up for an account. Once you are a member, click on the link that says "My Account." On the bottom of that page you will see links to all of our orderforms in pdf format.
